Welcome to Forest Gate Farm in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. We have been offering comfortable, self contained country accommodation to guest couples in our private guest wing called 'WALNUT' for over 40 years. If camping is more your style, we have recently opened up our Winter Wetlands to small RV campervans too.

Happily nestled in Kuitpo Forest, we are close to the city, and yet, peacefully secluded. Forest Gate Farm is ideal for a weekend getaway.

We have been a popular spot for guests attending weddings at Kuitpo Hall, K1 Winery and Lazy Ballerina, or any of the other many winery venues that surround us.

Bushwalkers also enjoy one or two nights' respite in Walnut cottage, (our guest wing) where they can spend a comfortable night in a queen-size bed with goose-down quilt after a nice spa in the small rainwater spa bath.

Forest Gate Farm is also a small, working farm. Our sheep, cows and chickens are always happy to meet new people. This month we are also expecting our ewes to give birth to lambs - who are mostly twins. Over the next few months we (and our guests) look forward to watching the lambs gambol around the paddocks in small flocks. Our guests also benefit from the fresh, free range eggs that our chickens provide.
